Amazing team on the ward, so helpful. Orthopedic consultants could do with communication training and empathy skills. System review needed - why can't acute pain team refer you to chronic pain team ?!

From the moment I arrived at the ward the atmosphere was very reassuring. The staff could not be kinder, nothing too much trouble, friendly and exceptionally, efficient. The catering and domestic staff were also very good. Everywhere was so clean - in fact a 'pleasure' to be here!

Kate Caplin from pharmacy team provided excellent service taking details of medications to be provided on discharge. This will be a great help, one less thing to worry about on discharge.
She also come back with further information following our queries.

Hospital entrance (OPD) looks so scruffy.
Sent directions for appointment which was helpful, except car park closed (not shown on instructions) so wasted a lot of time finding another car park a long way away. Poor organisation.
Parking charges very very expensive. We can afford but many cannot.
